　　內(nèi)窺鏡是一種常用的醫(yī)療器械.由可曲折部分、光源及一組鏡頭組成。經(jīng)人體的天然孔道，或者是經(jīng)手術(shù)做的小切口進(jìn)入人體內(nèi)。運(yùn)用時(shí)將內(nèi)窺鏡導(dǎo)入預(yù)查看的器官，可直接窺視有關(guān)部位的改變。圖像質(zhì)量的好壞直接影響著內(nèi)窺鏡的運(yùn)用作用，也標(biāo)志著內(nèi)窺鏡技術(shù)的開展水平。

When the endoscope is used, it can be introduced into the organ for pre examination to directly observe the changes of relevant parts. 　　早期的內(nèi)窺鏡被應(yīng)用于直腸查看。醫(yī)生在病人的肛門內(nèi)插入一根硬管，借助于蠟燭的光亮，調(diào)查直腸的病變。這種辦法所能獲得的確診資料有限，病人不但很苦楚，并且由于器械很硬，造成穿孔的危險(xiǎn)很大。雖然有這些缺陷，內(nèi)窺鏡查看一直在繼續(xù)應(yīng)用與開展，并逐步規(guī)劃出很多不同用處與不同類型的器械。
