(1)腹腔鏡設備的清洗：術后應立即拆卸腹腔鏡設備的可拆卸部分，并對其進行清洗。先用酶劑浸泡，再用流動水沖洗。對帶管腔的器械，每次使用后應使用通條刷反復通刷，再用流水或高壓水槍反復沖洗。對穿刺器械使用棉簽清洗閥門內腔、彈簧、密封圈及穿刺錐的側孔，吹干后及時將閥門還原，以避免閥門內的小部件遺失。清洗抓持器械及剪刀時應打開旋轉軸輕輕刷洗。若軸節仍有頑固碎屑則采用超聲清洗器清洗。攝像頭、腹腔鏡視角用軟布擦干晾干，切忌用粗糙的布巾擦拭以免劃傷鏡頭，嚴禁使用超聲波清洗機對內鏡進行清洗。

(2)腹腔鏡設備：針對不同的器械可分別采用高溫高壓法、低溫法等進行。攝像頭、電纜和電極不可使用液浸泡法或高溫高壓法，否則對器械會造成嚴重的損傷，只能采用氣體熏蒸法或等離子低溫**法。
