The regular maintenance of medical endoscope equipment is generally completed by the instrument keeper in cooperation with the engineering and technical personnel. The content and time of regular maintenance can be divided into three levels.

（1）一保：一般可以一個月至一個季度進行一次。主要內容除廠日常維護的工作外，可以拆開機殼，清除各處積塵，污垢、異物、緊固螺絲、添加潤滑劑；檢查務器件、元件有無磨損、變形、燒蝕、擊穿、松動，受潮，老化、接地不好等情況；檢測各組電源電壓及紋波，檢查高壓部件運行和接觸情況等。

(1) One guarantee: it can generally be carried out once a month to a quarter. In addition to the daily maintenance of the factory, the casing can be disassembled to remove dust, dirt and foreign matters, tighten screws and add lubricant; Check the service devices and components for wear, deformation, ablation, breakdown, looseness, moisture, aging, poor grounding, etc; Check the power supply voltage and ripple of each group, and check the operation and contact of high-voltage components.

（2）二保：一般可以半年至一年進行一次。主要內容除做好一保外，可以對整機控制臺上的各個儀表及操作控制系統的靈敏度，精度進行測試校正和計量檢定，更換高壓發生器絕緣汕等到期的損耗品，對電路中各測試點的電壓，波形進行系統檢測和做拉偏試驗。

(2) Second insurance: generally, it can be carried out once every six months to once a year. In addition to the first guarantee, it can test, correct and measure the sensitivity and accuracy of each instrument and operation control system on the console of the whole machine, replace the expired loss products such as the insulation of the high-voltage generator, systematically detect the voltage and waveform of each test point in the circuit and do the pull bias test.

（3）三保：一般可以2-4年進行一次：主要內容除做好二保外，必要寸可以將整機進行全部拆卸子以清洗檢修，超過使用期的元器件應盡量更換或修復，應對儀器進行較為徹 底的調試，恢復其工作精度和性能，達到或超過新機的程度是完全有可能的。

(3) Three Guarantees: generally, it can be carried out once every 2-4 years: in addition to the second guarantee, the whole machine can be disassembled for cleaning and maintenance if necessary. The components that exceed the service life shall be replaced or repaired as much as possible. It is entirely possible to thoroughly debug the instrument and restore its working accuracy and performance to reach or exceed the level of the new machine.

在醫院各科室中，醫療用內窺鏡的使用其嚴格，內窺鏡對使用環境的要求：室內環境以暗室環境為主，避免強光直射，手術開始關閉日光燈，用無影燈照明，術前室內的溫度保持在22℃~25℃、濕度50%左右、防酸、防堿、防蒸氣。避免強電、電磁場的干擾。手術中確保電壓穩定，連續穩壓器維持電壓220V以免損壞精 密儀器。

The operation starts to turn off the fluorescent lamp and use shadowless lamp for lighting. Before operation, the indoor temperature is maintained at 22 ℃ ~ 25 ℃, the humidity is about 50%, acid, alkali and steam prevention. Avoid the interference of strong current and electromagnetic field. During the operation, the voltage shall be stable, and the continuous voltage regulator shall maintain the voltage of 220V to avoid damaging the precision instrument.
