（1）纖維支氣管鏡的洗滌。在進(jìn)行消毒滅菌之前，纖維支氣管鏡應(yīng)進(jìn)行仔細(xì)的清理，用溶液對(duì)纖維支氣管鏡及活檢鉗、吸引及咬口進(jìn)行洗滌后用75%的酒精進(jìn)行擦拭。用2%的堿性戊二醛溶液對(duì)纖維支氣管鏡及活檢鉗、吸引及咬口進(jìn)行浸泡。
(1) Washing of fiberoptic bronchoscope. Before disinfection and sterilization, the fiberoptic bronchoscope should be carefully cleaned. After washing the fiberoptic bronchoscope, biopsy forceps, suction and bite with solution, wipe it with 75% alcohol. Fiberoptic bronchoscope, biopsy forceps, suction and bite were soaked with 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde solution.
（2）插入部的清潔。使用后立即用濕紗布擦拭插入部，除去插入部浸入洗滌液（洗必泰溶液 ）中，用紗布或者海綿輕輕擦拭，然后用水進(jìn)行漂洗。
(2) Cleaning of insertion part. Wipe the insertion part with wet gauze immediately after use, remove the insertion part, immerse it in the washing solution (chlorhexidine solution), wipe it gently with gauze or sponge, and then rinse with water.
（3）吸引閥的清潔。取出吸引閥桿，浸入洗滌液中，擦洗吸引閥桿外表面和內(nèi)孔。旋松螺帽，取出吸引閥體，浸入洗滌液中，用紗布或者海綿輕輕擦洗吸引閥體外表面和內(nèi)孔。用清潔刷蘸上清洗液，從插鉗口插入，在鉗道內(nèi)反復(fù)多次清洗。
(3) Cleaning of suction valve. Take out the suction valve rod, immerse it in the washing solution, and scrub the outer surface and inner hole of the suction valve rod. Unscrew the nut, take out the suction valve body, immerse it in the washing solution, and gently scrub the outer surface and inner hole of the suction valve with gauze or sponge. Dip the cleaning brush with cleaning liquid, insert it from the jaw, and clean it repeatedly in the jaw.
（4）清潔活檢(吸引)管道。用清潔刷蘸上清洗液，從插鉗口插入，在鉗道管內(nèi)反復(fù)多次清洗。清洗刷不可中途反向運(yùn)動(dòng)，要等到刷頭從頭端部完全露出后，才可以反向運(yùn)動(dòng)，以免損壞鉗道管內(nèi)壁。
(4) Clean the biopsy (suction) tube. Dip the cleaning brush into the cleaning solution, insert it from the jaw, and clean it repeatedly in the Tong pipe. The cleaning brush shall not move in reverse halfway. It can not move in reverse until the brush head is completely exposed from the head end, so as not to damage the inner wall of Tong pipe.

（5）清洗洗滌插鉗口密封閥及插鉗口。鉗子和吸引管道清洗時(shí)可用清洗刷分別從纖維支氣管鏡的鉗子插入口和吸引道口插入，清洗刷多次反復(fù)來回清洗效果更好。
(5) Clean the sealing valve of the washing socket and the socket. When cleaning the forceps and suction pipes, the cleaning brush can be inserted from the forceps insertion port and suction passage port of the fiberoptic bronchoscope respectively. The cleaning brush can clean back and forth repeatedly for many times, and the effect is better.
（6）測(cè)漏試驗(yàn)。每次進(jìn)行浸泡消毒前要進(jìn)行測(cè)漏試驗(yàn)，將通氣閥從導(dǎo)光插頭部上取下，然后將漏水檢測(cè)器的連接頭裝在導(dǎo)光插頭部的通氣閥上。將鏡子浸入水中，加壓到一定壓力，仔細(xì)觀察大約30s，如無氣泡從鏡子中漏出，可以進(jìn)行全防水浸洗和消毒，浸泡時(shí)間≤1 h。如發(fā)現(xiàn)有連續(xù)的氣泡冒出，說明此纖維支氣管鏡漏水，應(yīng)立即將鏡子從水中取出擦干，以防止水進(jìn)入鏡子的內(nèi)部而造成脫膠、圖像模糊等。將整個(gè)支氣管鏡從水中取出時(shí)，松開壓力表的放氣旋鈕，使鏡子內(nèi)壓與外環(huán)境壓力平衡。等待30s直到包裹彎曲部的橡皮套恢復(fù)正常。按逆時(shí)針方向按壓，旋擰漏水檢測(cè)器的連接頭，將其從鏡子的導(dǎo)光插頭部的通氣閥上取下。
(6) Leak test. Before each immersion disinfection, a leakage test shall be carried out, the vent valve shall be removed from the light guide plug, and then the connector of the water leakage detector shall be installed on the vent valve at the light guide plug head. Immerse the mirror in water, pressurize it to a certain pressure, and observe carefully for about 30s. If there is no bubble leaking from the mirror, it can be fully waterproof, soaked and disinfected, and the soaking time is ≤ 1H. If continuous bubbles are found, it indicates that the fiberoptic bronchoscope is leaking. Take the mirror out of the water and wipe it dry immediately to prevent water from entering the interior of the mirror and causing degumming, image blur, etc. When taking out the whole bronchoscope from the water, loosen the deflation knob of the pressure gauge to balance the internal pressure of the mirror with the external ambient pressure. Wait for 30s until the rubber sleeve wrapping the bending part returns to normal. Press counterclockwise, screw the connector of the water leakage detector and remove it from the vent valve at the light guide plug of the mirror.
