1、在足夠的照明下觀察內(nèi)窺鏡外表面，應(yīng)平整光滑無(wú)劃痕毛刺電鍍件表面應(yīng)色澤均勻一致，不應(yīng)有明顯的擦傷燒痕和可見(jiàn)的裂紋針孔麻點(diǎn)斑點(diǎn)毛刺油漆或噴塑件表面應(yīng)平整光滑，色澤均勻，不應(yīng)有露底起泡剝離開(kāi)裂等現(xiàn)象。

1. Observe the external surface of the endoscope under sufficient lighting. It shall be flat and smooth without scratches and burrs. The surface of electroplated parts shall be uniform in color, without obvious scratches, burns and visible cracks. The surface of paint or plastic sprayed parts shall be flat and smooth, uniform in color, without bottom exposure, blistering, peeling and cracking.

2、照明光斑在正常工作距離處，在被測(cè)端放置一張白板，用浸透射光或內(nèi)窺鏡自帶光源照明，從目鏡或監(jiān)視器中用肉眼進(jìn)行觀察照明光斑應(yīng)充滿視場(chǎng)，無(wú)明顯的亮暗區(qū)域。

2. At the normal working distance of the lighting spot, a white board is placed at the tested end, which is illuminated with saturated light or the light source of the endoscope. It is observed with the naked eye from the eyepiece or monitor. The lighting spot should be full of the field of view without obvious bright and dark areas.

3、視場(chǎng)光欄方向標(biāo)記(適用于纖維內(nèi)窺鏡)在正常工作距離處，在被測(cè)端放置一張白板，用浸透射光或內(nèi)窺鏡自帶光源照明，從目鏡看去，視場(chǎng)光欄箭頭指示方向標(biāo)記的方向應(yīng)在上方。

3. Field light bar direction mark (applicable to fiber endoscope) at the normal working distance, place a white board at the tested end and illuminate it with saturated light or the endoscope's own light source. When viewed from the eyepiece, the direction indicated by the arrow on the field light bar shall be above.

4、脫膠或霉斑在正常工作距離處，在被測(cè)端放置一張白板，用浸透射光或內(nèi)窺鏡自帶光源照明，從目鏡或監(jiān)視器中用肉眼進(jìn)行觀察，不應(yīng)有明顯的脫膠或霉斑現(xiàn)象。

4. Degumming or mildew at the normal working distance, place a white board at the tested end, illuminate with saturated light or the light source of the endoscope, and observe with the naked eye from the eyepiece or monitor. There should be no obvious degumming or mildew.
