5: Rinse the inner and outer surfaces and lumens of the endoscope again with deionized water (distilled water, reverse osmosis water, etc.). If this step is missing, water stains will remain on the inner and outer surfaces after sterilization.

6：將內窺鏡置于干燥箱烘干(不超過60°)，若缺少此步驟，等離子滅菌時可能造成損壞；高溫滅菌后可能殘留水漬。

6: Place the endoscope in a drying oven (not exceeding 60 ° C) for drying. If this step is missing, it may cause damage during plasma sterilization; Water stains may remain after high-temperature sterilization.

7：將醫用潤滑劑涂抹于干紗布，擦拭內窺鏡的外表面(物鏡和目鏡除外)；用注射器噴涂少許醫用潤滑劑于內窺鏡的內部腔道。

7: Apply medical lubricant to dry gauze and wipe the outer surface of the endoscope (excluding the objective and eyepiece); Spray a small amount of medical lubricant onto the internal cavity of the endoscope using a syringe.
